TAG: the beauty blogger/getting to know me.

1. Is your hair natural curly or straight?

My hair is naturally wavy, but I can never not use a hairdryer as if I don't use heat to dry it,
 it just never ever dries and stays damp :(

2. Do you dye it yourself or go to a salon?

I've never been to a salon to dye my hair, I've always just dyed it myself. Admittedly,
 sometimes it doesn't really work out how I planned but it's a lot cheaper and if you have
 someone to help you it isn't so bad!

3. Do you wear the same style everyday, or do you change it?

My style is having an identity crisis. One day I'll be wearing a pretty little floral dress with 
sweet little plimsolls, the next day I'll be wearing all black with a pair of chunky boots. 
But I like that my style changes often, it's fun to try new styles sometimes. 

4. Do you do your own mani/pedi or go to a salon?

I'm sad to say that I've never been to a salon to have my nails done. But it's something that
 I would love to have done given the opportunity :)

5. How often do you change your nail polish?

I change my polish as soon as it chips, but sometimes I do get bored after a few days
with the colour I have on my nails so I change it.

6. Do you polish your toes in the winter or just in the summer?

I always have nail polish on my toes! I find it therapeutic to paint my nails :)

7. How long does it take for you to put on your makeup?

I never give myself enough time to get ready, so normally about 20 minutes to do my
makeup. If I do take my time and do things properly though, it takes me around 40-50
minutes.

8. What do you do first? Face or eyes?

I always do my face first, it just seems right to start with my base and then work on top
of that. 

9. Do you collect makeup or just buy what you need when you need it?

I am prone to collect makeup that I don't need, but I really try to whittle it down to what 
I will actually use and if it's had good reviews. 

10. How often do you wear false eyelashes?

I've never worn them, I've always wanted to try them but my hands are very shaky and
I'm nervous about applying them!

11. Do you do a full face of makeup everyday?

If I'm just staying in the house, I tend to not wear any makeup. But if I'm going out
anywhere, I will tend to wear a full face.

12. Do you wear makeup when your home alone, or with family?

Sometimes I like to try out makeup looks and will end up wearing it for an hour or two
when I'm home alone. And if I'm with family at an event, I wear it. But if I'm just in the
 house with my family I don't wear any makeup.

13. Will you leave the house without makeup?

Sometimes I do if I'm seeing select friends at their home, but if I'm out in public I always
wear make-up.

14. How many high-end products do you have?

I only have one or two items that have been gifted to me :(

15. Do you plan your OOTD every night or decide when you are getting dressed?

I plan what I'm going to wear the next day most nights, however I often end up changing
my mind when I'm getting dressed. 

16. How often do you change your handbag?

Not that often, I tend to opt for my Asos backpack a lot.

17. What time do you wake up and go to sleep?

I actually really struggle to get to sleep, but it tends to be around one. What time I wake up
 depends on what I'm doing, but it can range from 9-11 :P

18. How often or when do you workout?

I try to work out every night, but sometimes I slip up and miss a day or two.

19. Left handed or right handed?

I am right handed.

20. How tall are you?

A very small 5 foot 2 or 3.

21. Do you speak any foreign language?

I learnt French and German at school, however I was horrendous at them.

22. How many pets do you have?

We used to have a dog, but now we just have some fish.

23. How often are you on blogger?

I'm always drafting posts and adding pictures, so I'm on it quite a lot :)

24. Do you read comments posted on blogs?

Yep, it's always interesting to see what people think of other's content and sometimes
 people post their blogs on there and it's always good to check out other's blogs!

25. Do you keep a list of products to try as you see other posts?

Yep! I have a very very very long shopping list on my phone.

26. How did you come up with your Blog name?

Well, my real name is Elizabeth but people call me Beth and I thought that 'Beth's Secret'
just sounded kinda cool.

27. What kind of camera do you use for your photographs?

I use a Nikon D3200 with a 18-55mm lens (the lens it came with) but I use my iPhone 5 for
Instagram.

28. How often do you clean your house?

Every few days, I really like things to be organised and tidy.

29. What’s your favorite color?

My favourite colour is bright red!

30. Do you swear?

If I'm relaxed with someone, I will swear a lot. 

31. What are you doing with the rest of your day?

Well it's currently half 10 at night as I write this, so I'm probably just going to make a hot
chocolate and curl up in bed with a film.
