Just a little something that I found that I thought that I should share with you guys!
The idea of this is to take a picture of something that has made you happy every day for 100 days and submit it to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag #100HappyDays.
It can be anything, a picture of a joke that made you laugh, a book that you're particularly enjoying, some food, whatever!
All you have to do to take part is enter: http://100happydays.com/#go here!
I think this is a wonderful idea, it makes us take just a tiny amount of time out each day to think about what really is making us happy and appreciate the smaller things in life.
I'm going to be starting this challenge on Monday 6th of January by posting my to Instagram at @beth1562. If you're also joining in leave a comment in the section below letting me know your username and we can follow each other!
